How credits and refunds work

Each generation uses 10 purchased credits. A confirmed technical failure or provider refusal returns those credits once. A delayed or uncertain task is checked first. Download retries are free; choosing Create again starts a new paid generation only after you confirm.

AI may change facial details, hands, body shape or movements. For severe defects, contact support with the task ID within 7 days. We review compensation once per affected task. Subjective dissatisfaction does not automatically trigger a refund. Unused credit purchases can be submitted for refund review within 14 days, subject to applicable rights.

Download within 30 days. Input and prepared photos are removed within 24 hours after the task finishes, unless another active task still needs the same input. You can request earlier deletion in My Videos.
