Privacy Policy
How your photos, private videos and account data are handled.
1. Scope and contact
This policy explains how Tecktonik Dance AI ("we", "us" or "our") handles information at https://tecktonikdanceai.org. It covers browsing, accounts, photo drafts, content review, video generation, payments and support. You can reach our team through Contact. Feature availability is shown in the generator and at checkout.
2. Information we process
- Accounts: email, profile information, authentication and session records. A sign-in provider supplies the information needed to authenticate you.
- Photos and videos: the photo you submit, format settings, prepared images and generated videos. Choosing a local photo alone does not upload it.
- Transactions: order identifiers, payment status and credit entries. Waffo handles payment information; we do not store complete card numbers.
- Support and safety: messages, task identifiers, moderation decisions and records needed to investigate reports or appeals.
- Technical data: request, device and network information needed to deliver and protect the service.
3. Purposes and legal grounds
We process information to perform your requested service, manage purchases, respond to support and prevent misuse. Where relevant, our grounds are performance of a contract, legitimate interests in operating and securing the service, compliance with legal obligations, or consent for optional features. Where consent is required, you may withdraw it without affecting earlier lawful processing.
4. Local drafts and upload
Selected photos and settings are stored in this browser using IndexedDB. Drafts are separated by account and can be restored for 24 hours after their last save; expired drafts are discarded when next read. A guest draft is transferred to your account when you explicitly continue through sign-in. Signing out or switching accounts clears this site's draft for the account you leave in this browser. It does not delete the original photo on your device or unrelated browser data.
After sign-in, confirmation of photo permission and starting generation preparation, your photo is uploaded for review. We retain the uploaded original as a separate private copy without overwriting it, and create a normalized copy for processing. Embedded metadata is removed only from the normalized copy; the original copy may still contain it. Clearing a draft does not erase the original file on your device or an already uploaded copy. Browser site-data controls can remove local drafts.
5. Content review and service providers
Uploaded generation photos are sent to SeeAPI through a time-limited signed link for automated NSFW and special-care detection before a video credit is charged or generation starts. A pending, unavailable or unclear result does not count as approval. A rejection prevents generation. We keep the review status and provider task identifier so retries can check the same review.
Cloudflare Workers AI processes the normalized photo to check whether the single person or pet is fully visible before a quote is issued. This analysis does not generate or redraw a photo. Complete photos skip body completion. Only clearly cropped half-body or head-and-shoulders photos may be completed, with notice before generation confirmation; obscured, uncertain or multiple-subject photos cannot proceed to paid generation. If completion is used, Cloudflare also checks the completed image and compares it with the normalized original for changes to visible appearance and clothing. We retain the analysis version, result and reasons. These checks can make mistakes and do not guarantee an identical appearance.
Approved normalized photos and any necessary completed images are sent to KIE AI and its underlying model providers: Kling 3.0 Motion Control for people, Seedance 2.0 Fast for pets, and nano-banana-pro only when body completion is needed. Hosting, private storage, authentication, payment and support providers receive the data needed for their functions. Providers may process information in other countries; applicable transfer safeguards are used where required. Their retention practices are governed by their own terms; we cannot promise immediate deletion from their systems.
Automated review can make mistakes and does not verify age, identity, ownership or consent. A clean result does not establish that every use is lawful. See the Terms for reports and appeals.
6. Retention and deletion
Unused server uploads expire after 24 hours. The retained original and normalized copy share this deadline and the active-task retention and cleanup rules below; the original has no separate, longer retention period. Inputs and prepared images needed by an active task are retained while processing; after a task reaches a final state, cleanup is scheduled for the next 24 hours, unless another active task still needs the input. Rejected or unresolved uploads remain private and expire under the unused-upload rule.
Completed videos are available privately for 30 days after completion. Download them before expiry. You may request earlier removal in My Videos. An already submitted provider task may finish after deletion is requested; its result is not made available to you. Cleanup runs in background jobs, so expiry ends access before physical cleanup necessarily finishes.
Account, billing, moderation and support records may be retained as needed for operation, disputes, abuse prevention or legal recordkeeping. We do not promise a single automatic deletion deadline for those records.
7. Privacy controls and security
Media access requires your account or a limited provider access link. We do not publish your work as an example without separate permission, and do not use uploaded photos to train our own models. Protect your account and avoid sending passwords or complete card details in support messages. No storage or transmission system can be guaranteed entirely secure.
Optional analytics, advertising and support widgets, when configured, load only after your choice in Cookie settings. First-party optional product events exclude photo contents, original filenames, email addresses and private media links. Essential service and billing records continue when optional features are declined.
8. Your requests and children's data
This service is for adults. You may submit an authorized photo of one adult or one pet, with no other people or pets in the image. Do not submit children's photos. If a child's information or an unauthorized image was submitted, contact support so we can investigate.
Use Contact to request access, correction, deletion or portability, or to object to or restrict processing where applicable law provides those rights. We may verify account ownership. You may also complain to your relevant data protection authority. Required financial or dispute records may remain after account deletion.
9. Changes and contact
We update this page when processing changes and explain material changes on the website. For privacy questions, use Contact or your private support inbox. Read this policy with our Cookie Policy.
