Terms of Service
Rules for authorized photos, content review and paid videos.
Purchases are temporarily unavailable while the service is being connected and verified. No payment will be taken.
1. Agreement and availability
The service is operated under the Tecktonik Dance AI brand ("we", "us" or "our") at https://tecktonikdanceai.org. These terms govern your use of the service. Read them with the Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy and Refund Policy. Paid features are available only when the generator and checkout show them as available.
2. The service
The service creates an AI dance video from one authorized photo of a single adult or a single pet, following content review and a completeness check. It uses Kling 3.0 Motion Control for people or Seedance 2.0 Fast for pets through KIE AI. Pet generation is a beta feature. A confirmed generation costs 10 purchased credits and delivers a 15-second, 720p, MP4 in 9:16 or 1:1. The provider’s original 720p MP4 is saved without resizing or audio editing.
AI may change facial features, clothing, anatomy and movement. Missing body areas are generated, not recovered from reality. Examples describe a style and do not guarantee an identical result. This is an independent service without implied endorsement by reference performers or rights holders.
3. Eligibility and accounts
You must be at least 18 to use the service. You may submit an authorized photo of one adult or one pet, with no other people or pets in the image. Any person shown must also be at least 18; children’s photos are not accepted. Provide accurate account information and secure your login. You are responsible for activity you authorize. Do not access another account, evade usage limits, exploit payment errors or interfere with the service.
4. Rights in your inputs and results
Use only images you own or are entitled to use. For a person’s photo, obtain that adult’s permission for AI processing and the intended use. For a pet’s photo, obtain any necessary permission from its rights holder. You retain your existing input rights and authorize us and necessary providers to process the input to deliver, protect and support the requested service.
A purchase does not guarantee copyright protection, exclusivity or commercial permission for likenesses, choreography, trademarks or music. Obtain additional rights needed for sharing or commercial use. Do not present an AI-created scene as footage of a real event.
5. Prohibited uses
Do not upload, request or distribute through this service:
- Pornographic, sexually explicit, exploitative or non-consensual intimate material.
- Content sexualizing, exploiting or endangering children, or any child's photo for this adult-only product.
- Stolen private images, unauthorized likenesses or other infringements.
- Harassment, hate, credible threats, fraud or misleading impersonation.
- Graphic real violence or material intended to harm an identifiable person.
- Attempts to bypass review, access controls or account restrictions.
6. Photo review before generation
Uploaded photos undergo SeeAPI automated NSFW and special-care review before generation or credit deduction. Only an explicit approval permits the next step. Pending, ambiguous, failed or unavailable checks stop the flow without using a video credit. You may retry an unavailable check, replace the photo or contact support. A confirmed failed inference requires a new photo upload.
Cloudflare Workers AI then checks photo completeness before a quote, without generating or redrawing an image. A complete single-person or single-pet photo goes directly to video generation after confirmation. Only a clear half-body or head-and-shoulders crop may need body completion; the quote explains this before you confirm. Obscured, uncertain or multiple-subject photos cannot proceed to paid generation. When completion is needed, a separate check compares the completed image with the original for visible appearance and clothing changes and checks that the body is complete. A failed or uncertain completion check stops the task and returns its charged credits once. This is not a guarantee of pixel-level preservation or an identical final video.
Review is imperfect and does not verify age, identity or permission. Your obligations still apply after approval. Generation providers may also refuse a request. We do not claim that every video receives human review or a separate automated output-content inspection.
7. Violations, reporting and appeals
Depending on severity and repetition, we may reject requests, remove or restrict content, suspend access or terminate an account. Serious child-safety violations, non-consensual sexual material and credible threats may lead to immediate action. We preserve records or cooperate with authorities when legally required. These measures do not remove mandatory consumer rights.
To report a violation or unauthorized likeness, use Contact, then submit a private ticket with [Content report] in the subject. Include a content location or task ID, the suspected violation and your connection to any affected rights. Do not download, attach or redistribute suspected child sexual abuse material; report its location.
We assess urgency and available evidence, prioritize child-safety concerns and credible threats, and may restrict access during investigation. A report alone does not establish a violation. We may request context and respond in the support ticket subject to privacy and legal limits. Review times depend on the case; we do not promise a fixed deadline.
For a mistaken decision, reply to the ticket or use [Content appeal], identifying the decision and supporting evidence. We reconsider and reverse errors where possible. If you cannot access your account, use a displayed support email, if available, or another account solely to appeal, without resuming restricted activity.
8. Packs, payment and confirmation
Current one-time USD packs are 10 credits for $8.99, 30 for $19.99, or 100 for $49.99. Purchased credits do not expire. There is no automatic renewal or free signup allowance. The pricing and checkout pages show the applicable price and any taxes before payment.
Selecting a photo does not charge you. Buying credits does not automatically generate a video. After review, the server provides a quote for your selected image and format; your confirmation starts the paid task. Replaying the same request does not create a second charge. A voluntarily requested new generation uses another 10 credits.
9. Failures, refunds and files
A confirmed technical failure or generation-provider refusal returns the task’s charged credits once. An uncertain or delayed response is reconciled first; elapsed time alone does not prove failure or trigger a duplicate generation. Downloads and download retries are free.
Report severe objective quality defects within 7 days of delivery. Unused purchases can be submitted for refund review within 14 days of payment. The Refund Policy explains eligibility and remedies. Keep your order or task ID.
Videos expire after 30 days. Deleting a completed result does not reverse its charge, and payment cannot restore an expired file.
10. Limitations and changes
Maintenance, provider availability and technical faults can interrupt service. We cannot guarantee continuous availability or a particular creative outcome. Nothing in these terms excludes liability, remedies or rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
