AI inspiration

Plan your AI stage remix

Turn a photo and a dance idea into a clear scene.

The idea behind the dance

Build the scene around a recognizable subject, readable movement and a setting that supports the dance.

What to look for

Separate the idea into subject, motion and camera. A striking background cannot rescue unclear hands or a drifting face. When reviewing an AI result, look at those details before adding more effects.

Start with your photo

One photo, one dance template. Start with your photo and explore the Tecktonik / Cheba Man reference.

LEARN THE SHAPES

Break the flow into four parts.

Practice each movement slowly, then connect the shapes at a pace that feels comfortable.

  1. 01

    Give yourself room

Stand comfortably and keep your knees loose. Check that both hands remain in the frame when you extend your arms.

  2. 02

    Trace around the head

Raise one elbow and let the forearm travel past the head. Practice each side slowly before alternating.

  3. 03

    Open, then redirect

Let a wide arm shape lead into a cross-body sweep. Turn the shoulders with it so the movement feels connected.

  4. 04

    Connect the phrases

Join two shapes at a time, keeping a small bounce through the knees. Add speed only when the transitions feel comfortable.

Before you hit record.
